CASA HAMACA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This is really a word of mouth spot. It is a pleasant small scale home! Holiday home Casa Hamaca is well maintained and consists of two floors. Casa Hamaca is a semi-detached vacation home and also a corner house. A little further away (really close, but just far enough not to "bother" you) is the large communal pool. For an occupancy of up to 4 people you stay in the attractive upstairs apartment. If you would like to stay in this unique casa with the whole family or a group of friends, the ground floor apartment will also be opened. Casa Hamaca is perfect for 1 or 2 families or for a group that wants some extra privacy.
If you only rent the upstairs house, a discount of € 120 is applicable on the cleaning/bedlinencosts.
LAYOUT CASA HAMACA
Upstairs apartment
You Enter the upstairs apartment of Casa Hamaca in the cozy living room with an open kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, water kettle and microwave. The TV in the living room has Dutch channels. Bedroom 1: a double bed and air conditioning. Bedroom 2: two twin beds. There is a spacious bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and washing machine. As afe is available. Through the living room with French doors you enter the terrace, with a nice cozy lounge corner. You can walk down from the terrace to end up in the garden with sun beds and a hammock under the beautiful palm. On the side of the house is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue.

The living room is equipped with a small TV, dining table and a kitchenette with a 2-burner electric stove and Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom 1: a double bed, Bedroom 2: two twin beds. The bedrooms are very spacious and have ample closet space. Both bedrooms share the large modern bathroom with shower, toilet and two spacious washbasins. The ground floor apartment has air conditioning, which can provide the entire floor with cool air during the hot days. Through the patio doors in the living room you enter the terrace, overlooking the beautiful garden. If you rent the house with 2 to 4 people, the ground floor will remain closed.
OUTDOOR LIFE
The outdoor life of Casa Hamaca is super. From your terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue you overlook the beautiful garden. In the garden are sunbeds and a hammock under the palm. To cool off, take a dip in the communal pool, which you share with the other cottages (10) in the park.

– 7 nights minimum stay. Arrival and departure on preferably on Saturday. Other arrival days in consultation.
– In the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
A surcharge applies when using the downstairs apartment and cannot be rented from November to last week of April.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €250,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
VRBO
If you book through the VRBO portal, the following costs are still payable in cash on the spot. These costs are not included in the rental amount yet

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Hamaca is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The casa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In winter you can only rent the upstairs apartment. In the period November to March, the rent is on request from 4 weeks on. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
