Located on the ground floor of a quiet residence, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 200 m² garden.
The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One large bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), private lounge with sofa bed, wardrobes, TV - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room - A shower room - Separate WC Outside area : - A private, unheated swimming pool (3mx 6mx 1m) with a solar-powered cover for children's safety.
The pool is open between June and September (dates not contractual). - A private, enclosed 25 m² terrace, facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Céret, surrounded by hills and vegetation.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Numerous walks and cycle rides - Céret market on Saturday mornings - Museum of Modern Art, Céret - The Corbières and its Cathar castles, about 1h by car - The sea is about 30 minutes away by car Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, which can accommodate up to 2 cars.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Perpignan train station, about 33 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, about 40 minutes by car - Shuttle Céret/Perpignan Other comments: - The outdoor areas are reserved solely for travellers during their stay.
The owners are not on site. - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - A parent is responsible for all children swimming in the pool - Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Beautiful house, garden and pool. Quiet surrounding near the lovely village Ceret (1.5 km walk)
The only disturbance were the mosquito's, but repellant and equipment to remove them helped a lot.

un lieux calme paisible tranquille ont as passé des très bons moments ont aurait voulu de rester plus mais la prochaine fois pour moi juste les moustiques mais je trouve sa normal acause de la belle nature autour à recommander et à refaire et merci à loubna et cecile

De woning ligt op een mooie locatie aan de rand van een wat hoger gelegen, rustige buitenwijk van Ceret. Je hebt er desondanks veel privacy door het groen rondom het zwembad en de tuin. Het zwembad zelf is fantastisch. Het water wordt schoon gehouden met zout in plaats van chloor, wat fijn is voor d...
Er waren regelmatig muggen rond het zwembad. Deze kwamen alleen tevoorschijn als het windstil was, maar waren wel erg hinderlijk. Desondanks heerlijk genoten van het buitenverblijf, het zwembad en het uitzicht vanaf het balkon erboven!
